Shipping Policy

We offer delivery across India using trusted courier services. All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
Delivery timelines usually range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for courier delays due to weather, holidays, strikes, or unforeseen events.
Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated during checkout. At present, we do not offer international shipping. If that changes in the future, we will update this page with relevant duties, customs, and tax information.
Ownership and risk transfer to the buyer once the package is handed over to the courier. If a shipment is lost or arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier and may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
In cases where a package is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the delivery partner.
